Caitlin (she/her) is an adept people manager with extensive experience leading and coordinating 500+ individuals, leveraging billions of dollars in resources to uphold state-wide emergency healthcare services as Operations Manager with Ambulance Victoria.

As a staunch end-user advocate, Caitlin's career is a testament to tangible outcomes. With life-and-death implications tied to her decisions, she possesses a unique grasp of 'customer outcomes'. She excels at maintaining clarity under pressure, swiftly identifying pivotal decisions for complex objectives and embodies 'follow-through' amidst multiple concurrent projects.

Her prowess lies in harmonising micro-level actions with broader team missions and she has honed her ability to orchestrate large teams through challenging times (Covid-19).

Having navigated individuals through trying personal and professional circumstances, Caitlin shines as a composed & supportive manager. Her empathy stems from her earlier paramedic experience and extensive community work, as well as her direct experience with emergency healthcare when her father unexpectedly passed away whilst travelling.

Caitlin's commitment to connection and inclusivity is evident in her drive to include those previously excluded. She believes that basic healthcare and financial services should be affordable, accessible and not at all punitive. She champions the pursuit of joy in life without the worries of a misaligned and damaging finance industry.

Mina Calvert.

Co-Founder, CTO

Mina’s one of the most experienced and respected technologists in banking and finance. She’s had 18 years experience leading development teams and delivering complex technical solutions.

She was Head of Development at Constantinople when it raised the largest seed round in Australian history, she’s ex-Xinja Bank and was the digital banking platform lead at Westpac who oversaw the delivery of Afterpay’s banking partnership.

With 18 years of success in the technology sector, Mina has earned acclaim for her adept coordination of people, processes, and technology. She specializes in delivering high-quality projects within Banking and Finance, standing out for her unique approach that goes beyond conventional project delivery. Mina crafts and executes robust, secure, and compliant banking systems, elevating customer value and experience.

Her expertise extends beyond technology, seamlessly integrating leadership elements like human resource management, marketing, operations, project management, finance, and strategic management.

A trusted advisor within the banking space, Mina accelerates aspirational transformations by merging industry experience with a deep understanding of clients, technology, and trends.

Beyond her project portfolio, Mina's credentials include passing extensive psychometric testing for Macquarie Bank and Xinja Bank in 2020 and undergoing rigorous criminal and adverse media background checks, highlighting her commitment to industry standards.

Kane Jackson

Kane is an accomplished leader and adept problem solver, driven by efficient outcomes. His multifaceted background in psychology, healthcare, and law enriches his unique approach.

From defence force officer training to his time as a paramedic, Kane thrives in high-responsibility roles. He pioneered Australia's first retail derivative fund at the first fintech he started, raised for and launched, and he boasts a robust financial services acumen and network.

Kane's leadership shines in diverse settings, from mass casualty events, to high pressure and fast paced tactical scenarios through to his extensive community work with refugees, the less-abled, and youth who are experiencing the family effects of drug and alcohol abuse.

Despite personal reservations about leadership, and a preference for privacy, he empowers teams and champions shared achievements and has a history of doing what is necessary to achieve outcomes. His tendency to act when others won’t was once acknowledged with a bravery award for intervening in the violent attack of two women in the street.

With a rich history of community service and advocacy, Kane supports inclusive capitalism and diverse solutions. His expertise spans fintech, consumer psychology, sustainability and commercial strategy.
