Maslow is building a new finance industry for the world—

one that prioritises people over profit and transforms how financial services are offered.

Our mission is to create the world’s largest utility, equitably owned by its users and redefine how financial products serve humanity.

We aim to eliminate conflicts of interest embedded in traditional financial services, end its rent-extraction and unlock society’s pursuit of financial equality.

We envision a world where the finance industry treats people equally, empowers individuals, and supports a sustainable society.

Why Maslow?

The global finance industry, now the largest and most extractive on earth, amplifies economic inequality and injustice. Maslow was founded to reverse this trend by creating a scalable, inclusive model that returns the benefit of the industry to society.

Our approach integrates advanced partnerships, like collaborations with established banks and financial service providers, to deliver accessible, high-quality, and conflict-free solutions offered on a business model that lifts humanity up, instead of keeping it down.

Our innovative model introduces a digital platform where customers pay a membership fee for access to cost-price financial products. Much like Costco revolutionised groceries, Maslow disrupts finance by aligning service with customer benefits—not corporate profits.

Over time, our unique structure transitions ownership to our customers, ensuring they reap the full rewards - instead of shareholders, who have caps imposed on how much they can benefit from Maslow.

Our Origin Story

Maslow was Founded by two ex-paramedics, Kane Jackson and Caitlin Robinson, who were sick of being bandaids to the systemic problems affecting patients, and a fed-up software engineer, Mina Calvert, who’d spent her career building unremarkable financial products for Australia’s biggest banks.
The company started in Melbourne based on the learning’s of Kane’s first Fintech, where he discovered the enormous need for conflict-free financial products that put customers ahead of profits.
