Maslow Holdings is an Australian proprietary company (ACN 672 433 519) founded to build infrastructure that the alternative financial economy needs but no single institution can build alone. The HAPPI Foundation does not yet legally exist. Everything below explains what that means in practice — what gets built, how it’s governed, what participation costs, and how the economics work.
