Mina is one of Australia's most experienced banking technology practitioners. Across 18 years she has held senior digital infrastructure and architecture roles at Commonwealth Bank, served as Digital Banking Platform Lead at Westpac overseeing delivery of the Afterpay partnership, and was Head of Development at Constantinople, which raised the largest seed round in Australian history, with earlier experience at Xinja Bank. She has led distributed teams across the UK, US, NZ, Brazil, India, Bangladesh and Malaysia, and is the technical architect of HAPPI's shared interface layer, its interoperability standards and its integration frameworks. Mina is a loving mum, an above-average artist, and effectively embodies the phrase ‘dark humour is the best humour’.

Kane founded Maslow on the conviction that extractive finance is structurally incompatible with long-term stability. A 2025 Byron Fellow with a background spanning defence officer training, paramedicine, psychology and law, he pioneered Australia's first actively managed app-based derivative fund at his first fintech in 2015. He led the five-country fieldwork producing Maslow's coordination failure thesis, and drives HAPPI's architecture and its adoption by the institutions that would have to use it. He is also a respected writer for numerous outlets, a moderator and a public speaker on non-extractive finance and systems change. He loves growing vegetables, speaking to dogs in childish voices, and has once or twice made an audience laugh with his standup comedy.

Caitlin brings rigorous operational discipline to Maslow's execution. A practising paramedic working in Operational Management at Ambulance Victoria, she has coordinated 500+ personnel and billions of dollars in resources for state-wide emergency healthcare, and carries a unique grasp of customer outcomes shaped by life-and-death decision-making. As COO she is responsible for translating Maslow's architectural ambitions into accountable delivery: governance frameworks, institutional onboarding, partner management, and the operational backbone of the HAPPI build. Caitlin is a proud parent to two small humans, passionate about bottomless batch brew, and recently surprised herself by installing a rather impressive irrigation system in her garden.
